Dutch Cargo Bike’s Subscribe-to-Own program is designed for people who want the flexibility of a subscription, but the long-term value of ownership.
We always start with your requirements and situation—how you’ll ride, what you’ll carry, your storage space, terrain, confidence level, and budget—so we can recommend the right model and setup from the beginning. Then you can ride now and test it in real life: school runs, commuting, groceries, hills, parking, and day-to-day handling. It’s the fastest way to find the right format (front-loader, longtail or compact) without guesswork.
If you decide to purchase, your subscription can roll into ownership credit under a simple tiered structure: 100% credit up to 8 weeks, 50% credit up to 16 weeks, and 25% credit up to 26 weeks. A refundable deposit of 5% of RRP applies, and the program includes practical essentials like delivery within 20km, Rider Rescue, a tyre pump, multitool, Knog Scout alarm module, plus an accessory package (model-specific).
The subscription is built to be customer-friendly: minimum 6 weeks, then 2 weeks’ notice to cancel.
